Integrated Policy

The Management of Sepor S.p.A. considers the dissemination of the culture of quality, respect for the environment and attention to health and safety in the workplace as a high priority objective, operating according to an Integrated Management System in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 and UNI ISO 45001:2018 Standards. This System and its results are considered an integral part of the company’s management system in order to achieve the set objectives with a view towards continuous improvement.

The company policy constitutes a reference framework for the objectives of the Integrated Management System.
The main objectives of the organization are:

  • Maintain a well-defined organization with clear communication systems in order to guide all employees to comply with procedures at all company levels.
  • Operate in full compliance with all applicable legislative requirements by periodically checking the legislative compliance of the company.
  • Determine and periodically review external and internal factors relevant to the company’s environmental purposes, determining relevant interested parties, the requirements of said parties and any compliance obligations.
  • Define the relevant requirements for the interested parties in relation to the context in which the organization operates. – Define and review the measurable objectives and process indicators relating to the Quality of the services provided, respect for the Environment and the safeguarding of the workers’ Health and Safety.
  • Ensure the identification, assessment and containment of the environmental impacts of its business activities under normal, abnormal and emergency conditions.
  • Ensure compliance of the service provided in relation to the specific requests (implicit and explicit) to that of the Client, to the systematic compliance with the organization’s procedures and compliance with all applicable mandatory regulations.
  • Adopt all preventive and protective actions necessary to reduce the level of health and safety hazards in the workplace, as well as to prevent occupational injuries, accidents and occupational illnesses.
  • Consistently aim at the continuous improvement of its performance in terms of quality, environment and safety.
  • Research the best available technologies in order to optimize service performance, ensure controlled impacts on the environment and ensure the Safety and Health of operators.
  • Safeguard the integrity of the environment during operational activities related to the implementation of its services to improve its environmental performance and to make its activities increasingly compatible with the interested parties.
  • Acting on internal resources through a process of continuous education and training, in order to increase competencies in the quality of services, increase awareness with regard to the environment, stimulate participation with regard to safety in the workplace.
  • Encourage the participation and consultation of workers and their representative.

The responsibility in the management of the Integrated Management System concerns the entire company organization, from the Employer to each and every employee, each according to their own duties and skills. Each function is assigned a clearly defined authority and/or responsibility, the necessary instrumental resources and precise controls are implemented to verify the effective and efficient implementation of the integrated management system, including any management of anomalies and their causes.
The top management of the Organization ensures that its Quality, Environment and Safety Management System is kept in perfect working order by constantly and periodically verifying the correct application of the provisions of the System Procedures and Operating Instructions as well as the Process flow in all company areas, through systematic controls, internal audits and periodic reviews.
